Villa Aqualento is a brand-new, exclusive luxury villa located in the peaceful village of Arco da Calheta on Madeira’s sunny south coast. Thanks to its low-altitude position within the renowned “Bananaline”, the villa benefits from a noticeably milder and more pleasant climate, especially during the winter months, compared to many homes situated at higher elevations on the island.
Despite its quiet and private setting, the Calheta sandy beach, the marina with numerous restaurants and cafés, and a large supermarket are all just a short distance away.

The space
The spacious terrace is furnished with high-quality, weather-resistant outdoor furniture, offering an inviting lounge area, sun loungers and a large dining table — perfect for relaxing moments outdoors. From here, you can enjoy views of the private pool, the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding hills of Madeira.

Heated saltwater pool – luxury included
The private heated saltwater pool is available year-round at no extra charge and is set to a water temperature of 30 °C. Thanks to modern saltwater electrolysis, the water is especially gentle on skin and eyes and contains significantly less chlorine. Depending on weather and season, the actual temperature may vary slightly. Combined with the mild climate of the Bananaline, this offers exceptional swimming comfort throughout the year — a luxury enjoyed by only a few villas on Madeira.
